Main Building:

The property consists of two buildings located on 4.23 acres of Industrial zoned land.  The main building consists of approximately 100,000 square feet on 2 levels.  This building was constructed between 1960 and 1981.  The construction consists of insulated walls and ceiling and is mostly block and concrete.  The property was formerly a meat packing plant that had lots of refrigeration. All refrigeration equipment was removed by the former owner, but could easily be put back into place for the right tenant or owner. 

The main level of the main building is approximately 50,000 square feet and has the highest ceilings.  The ceiling heights in this part of the building range from 24 feet to 14 feet depending on the age of the construction of that part of the building.  This level also has access to 5 dock high doors.

The garden level consists of approximately 50,000 total square feet and has ceiling heights in the 8 to 10 foot range.  There is several drive in access doors and access to one dock high door on this level. 

As this was a former USDA inspected facility the main building has floor drains on both level and a large grease trap area.  The main level of the main building is ideally suited for a food processing facility as well as storage, distribution or a light manufacturing facility.

There are approximately 6,000 square feet of office space in the garden level of the main building.  The remainder is warehouse space.

Outbuilding:

The other building consists of a pole barn that is approximately 10,000 square feet.  It consists of wooden construction and concrete floors.
